To calculate payroll and manage employee records, CarePayroll processes:

  • Employee Details: Full Name, Email, Phone, Employee Number, Department, and Job Title.
  • Banking Details: Bank Name, Account Number, and Base Salary.
  • Statutory Details: Tax IDs (TIN) and Pension PINs where applicable.
  • Performance & Allowances: Bonuses, incentives, and attendance records.

When processing salary payments, funds are routed to distribute payments to employee bank accounts. Transaction descriptions clearly identify the employer as the sending organization.
